Pope Woodhead is one of the few companies with experience of working on innovative commercial agreements such as patient access/risk sharing schemes, which are becoming increasingly popular in a range of countries.

•	Creation, testing and roll-out of implementation tools.

Recent projects:
•	Analysis of benefit and feasibility of a risk sharing/patient access scheme for a novel cancer drug in the UK. This included supporting a successful submission to the UK National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the Department of Health, and creating/testing of tools for scheme implementation.
